Our Story
The humble roots of a premium collective.
The journey
Everything began in 2012, when a colleague from a small village brought buckets of honey to the office. Fascinated by the process, I asked for something more: a whole frame of raw honeycomb. Weeks later, I received my first virgin frame, and it changed everything. It was the most exquisite flavor I had ever tasted—a moment that redefined my understanding of sweetness.
In 2024, fate intervened. While on a morning run along a mountain trail in Thunderbird’s Park, I encountered a small swarm of wild bees. Without hesitation, I returned with a simple transport box, carefully shook the swarm into it, and set off to establish our very first hive.
Needless to say, I had no beekeeper’s gear or specialized tools at the time. During the drive home, the box unexpectedly popped open, and within moments, the car was filled with what turned out to be the gentlest bees—a truly unforgettable introduction to our new companions.
Seasoned beekeepers typically do not recommend starting this way—but we did. While our first season yielded only two medium frames of honey, the following year exceeded all expectations.
Our final harvest of 2025 took place on December 30th, a feat widely deemed impossible. This yielded a true winter honey, meticulously collected by our bees between October 18th and December 30th—a rare and extraordinary reward for our unconventional journey.
Today, what started as an amateur passion has grown into a dedicated pursuit of purity. We believe in transparency and the incomparable texture of a living beehive frame, preserved at sub-zero temperatures as if it were harvested today.
